Since prolly few people know me, since this is my 3rd or so post here, I'll give a bit of an intro.. a year ago, I was 254, a silver medalist in the Texas State Tae Kwan Do champs in sparring, and I was doing great.. then... something happened, I got apathetic, I had the girl, the injury, the story, it was great, and I was happy... fast forward to two days ago, and I'm on a weight scale at the doc's office for a physical... 304 pounds.. Ouchy... That might explain the inability to kick as high as I used to or be able to chase down my little brother or even outstrength him in wrestling matches that two brothers have from time to time.. Damn, I've become weak and.. gross.. my GF even made a comment about it a few weeks ago, but apologized afterwards.. it didn't really occur to me.. So I'll be here every day on the message boards, working out for an hour a day (since that's pretty much all time will permit with my schedule).. But here's my question.. I can do just about any song on light, but when it comes to standard, I'm stuck with two left feet... Any suggestions?

Hey, thanks a bunch! I slowed .59 down to 1, was able to figure out alot that way, especially my footing, which was all messed up. Alot of the faster steps had me messed up, but since I was able to slow it down, Iwas able to learn alot, and now I'm getting Ds, Cs, and Bs on most songs, with Es on.. a few
