Well, I used to play EverQuest, and at one point I was playing 40 hours a week or more! (That certainly didn't help my weight/health situation) I quit that a few years ago and i've tried to keep myself from playing too many videogames, but being a videogamer at heart I can't give them up completely. I get to play alot of HALO 2 living in the dorms, it doesnt take long to get enough of us to justify system linking 3 or 4 xboxes together over the dorm's network. ;D We've even gotten in the habit of hooking up to live if we feel the need to get more people. Other than that all I play is DDR, stepmania is all I use right now, perhaps i'll have to buy ultramix one of these days and see how DDR on xbox live is.

I haven't gotten many new PS2 games for my console lately. Aside from DDR I'm currently playing: - Grand Theft Auto: San Andres (always was a big fan of running over citizens in the streets - somehow gets my pent up aggression out. lol. ;D) - Tony Hawk's Ungerground 2 (another game I was always a fan of, plus, I just love Bam. ) As for my PC, I'm currently replaying my Gabriel Knight series. I love that series. ~*~KnOxViLLe~*~

I'm a big giant puzzle game dork, so anything like Tetris is just about all I will play. I was surprised I picked up DDR as quickly as I did, because I'm not usually good at video games.
I love Puzzle Fighter and Tetris Attack (I know, I know, they're ancient history. I think the ancient Egyptians played them). Once I have my own Xbox, I'm going to get Ultra Bust-a-Move so I can completely dork out once or twice a week. I went out to LA and played SuperBAM on PS2 w/ my friend out there . . . we stayed up all night for like 3 nights in a row just playing for hours. OK. Just thought I'd contribute.

seriously!! who keeps these old junky systems?? Who keeps those old junky Ford Model-Ts? Or Edsels? They're a piece of history. Yes, you can emulate, but it never feels quite right. There's nothing like the real thing.

Who keeps those old junky Ford Model-Ts? Or Edsels? Are they restored or all original? Do they still drive them to the grocery store or to work? Alls I was saying was why would anyone keep all those old systems if they won't do anything but collect dust in a closet? The company isn't going to release any new cutting edge technology games for them... I just have to question why.. it's in my nature to do so If it's about being a video game systems collector, then shouldn't these systems still be in their original cartons? Hey, anyone know where I can get an Atari 2600 new in box?

I can not bear to part with any system I own. I enjoy bringing them out and playing them from time to time. That's like asking me why I still own sierra games like KQ......because .... well because!!!

Kings Quest is Bomb! So is Space Quest and the OLD Leisure Suit Larry Games. no doubt. I just like the feeling of having total control of my character. you could type in almost anything obscure and the game would have a response. Much more so in the comical ones like space quest & leisure suit larry. oh yeah... and havix - it's okay... my friend is also addicted to evercrack. I found this link for him though... everquest2.station.sony.com/pizza/**this link contains material not suitable for those without a sense of humor, suffering from diareah, or if you have long fingernails. When I saw that link, I busted out laughing . . . but in reality, it's significant of what's wrong with our culture . . . ie, why everyone in America is so fat. You don't need to leave the house any more for anything . . . we can sit on our butts in front of the computer, rot our minds with fantasy games, order pizza without missing a beat, and then go straight to bed when that fattening pizza makes us feel like poo. I know not everyone who plays games like EQ2 does this . . . I'm just making a point.
Good thing we have something like DDR to keep our booties moving!

Order a pizza over EQ? Amazing...though I really dislike Pizza Hut pizzas..blech...
My favorite games would have to be: Final Fantasy 4, 8, 10, tactics (original PS vers), and 11(WHM forever!) The Ratchet and Clank series Tekken series Warioware Zelda four swords on GC (I absolutely love the multi ^^)
I mostly love to play multi games, specifically ones where you actually work together rather than compete. I also like the silent hill series and RE4, but I'm too much of a scaredy cat to play them myself. I usually end up watching my roommate or my hubby play them. LOL

HAHA! Yeah I forgot about the pizza command. But I quit EQ2 and went back to the original because have tons of friends that wont switch. But I think Dominoes is better (and less greasy) than Pizza Hut. Or if I feel like going out and getting really cheap pizza, Little Caesars is good, and 5 bucks for a large thats bigger than a Dominoes large. OMG, now I want pizza! Must....resist....the....pizza....*faint*
