Wow... I can't even picture playing DDR and holding my boobs up at the same time. I think I'd have trouble balancing. Sports bras seem to work fine for me, and my boyfriend doesn't have any complaints... And I know this thread is old, but I'm new.  |

This thread should never die. Lol... *bump* Seriously though, I think something informative came out of this thread. Personally, I've never really had a problem with the whole thing. I always wear a bra when playing, and other than my straps sliding around a bit, I've never experienced any discomfort though. My poor undergraments never knew what hit them though - ladies, definately go with a sports bra when playing DDR. Your unmentionables will thank you for it. |

Do hormones or something make your breasts more susceptible to bouncing pain when you're on your period? ...Or are mine just growing? God, I hope not; I'm supposed to be losing weight.

I'm not a woman, but I understand that your breasts do get more sensitive during your period. That's probably what you're experiencing. For some girls thats true. I've never had a problem with it, but I know friends who do. If you're still developing there's a good chance your breasts can get quite tender from that. It could also be if you're on your period, that time of the month messes with your horomones a bit and unfortunately your breasts come into play. One thing I would suggest is wear a tight fitting sports bra when you play to try and reduce 'bouncing'. The joys of being a girl. |
