I have no issues playing DDR at all. I get up on stage and shake my tooshie more than a girl to Cowgirl, So Many Men, Whistle Song, etc. Back in the day I did some freestyles to So Many Men and Boys.

And no... I'm not gay. I just like to have a good time.

I'll take on the "effeminate" qualities of men playing DDR.

When I announced I was going to do this, one of my friends online said he'd kill me. He said it was wrong for my child to be brought up in "such a house." He's now on my block list for being the most hateful person I've associated with in a long, long time.

My ultra-right wing friend used a few of those words in jest. Once the first 20 pounds came off, he shut right up.

I honestly don't know or care what people think. Except to say that, yes, having any talent and confidence in that talent is a Good Thing when it comes to being attractive. This is probably true on both ends of the DDR issue.

My friends kind of gave me crap for a while, but then many of them tried it and loved it, especially my DDR-teammate (and best friend.)

Anyone who didn't play it still dissed it for a while, until they came over on one faithful night and watched the Afronova strike take place... back when I could still get A's on it... :-(.

I am the albertain ddr champ as of nov 2004 i am using m friend revlissword's account to post i own all ddr games for ps2 and being a guy there is some stuff that can get in the way of playing ;D
