abrannan, SSC and I (essentially the only mods left on these boards) regret to inform everyone that due to the recent legal battles between Roxor and Konami, these boards will be closing at the end of the month. I received the e-mail this morning, and it is with great sadness I have to report this since this place has become such a loyal haven to myself and I know many others. If you guys hadn't noticed the main website, getupmove.com has been "under construction" for quite some time and Roxor has decided it is in the company's best interest to close the site entirely to avoid further allegations. Thank you everyone for your support, and we all have to be sure to keep in touch once this change takes effect.

Probably, but that costs money, so who's going to fund money for a new domain?
I've tried contacting Roxor today, but obviously have yet to recieve an e-mail back because it's a Sunday. I'll try and keep everyone posted the best I can until then.

Probably, but that costs money, so who's going to fund money for a new domain? No it doesn't. I've had a forum from Proboards for my old MMO clan for almost a year now, and it hasn't cost me a thing. There were add-ons (removal of banner ads and such) that cost money, but the forum itself was free. |

That just gave it that little bit of "oomph" that it needed to blow past the disbelief filters. |

Nah, don't sell yourself short. In fact, it was almost a required part of the gag, to prevent other people from sending e-mails to "Roxor" to protest.
