I got guitar Hero 2 also, I mostly play on hard, but I've been playing for a while now. I even got pretty far through Carrer mode on medium, unlocked a lot of songs.

I can only pass Jordan on medium, I tried on Hard, got far but didn't finish.

Same. I got better pretty quickly, I can do about half the songs on Hard now. Not nessecarily do them well, but i can pass em.

Haven't picked up GH II yet, but I did get GH I for christmas. Working my way through Hard currently. I'm able to pass most of the songs (first 3 venues) first try sight reading with 3 stars, and could probably bump them up to 4 stars if I went back and re-tried them.
From what I hear, GH II is much harder, and I could only expect to be playing medium given where I am now. Can anyone confirm that?

I bought it with xmas money... it's pretty good. I'm consistent 3's in hard and can do a few experts (barely.)
