Good for you! I myself honestly haven't been getting much exercise since I haven't been able to play ITG/DDR (thanks to all 3 of my pads deteriorating to utter crapishness). It's good to know that some people are finding ways to stay fit outside of DDR that they can enjoy, though. And btw, is trimspa one of them diet/weight loss pills? From what I've heard, those usually don't actually do much.

Pills that make you think you're not hungry ftw!
It's all mind over matter. You'd get the same effects from taking a saline solution and being told it would suppress your appetite.

Well it depends all on what's in it, some hoodia claims it's hoodia when in all actuality it has no hoodia in it whatsoever. Hoodia is an appetite suppresent, people in Africa use it (the root) to supress their appetite from the hunger pangs they constantly feel from not being able to eat. So yeah it can supress your appetite if it really is what it says it is. You don't really want to supress your appetite tho cause if its supressed too much then you end up not eating enough which then leads to your body going into survival mode, i.e. your body will take in more calories than it really needs cause it thinks it needs it. Excercising will make you hungry and thats cause your body burned calories and energy and needs to refill. But you all prolly knew that. Correct me if I am wrong.

It's important to note that *any* appetite suppressant will only work if you only eat when hungry. If you eat out of habit, boredom, etc. No amount of appetite suppressant will work for you, because you're already eating when you're not hungry.
