First I'll tell you about my build,
At the moment I'm about 5'5 and 210 pounds, I'm a male. Right now the only things I do are Lift weights, I havn't DDRed for a while ( My Xbox is on the frizz) I don't mantain a diet very well, I just try to make a 1300 calorie limit.
I'm 13, So... what should I do? The best I can do on DDR is standard, so that doesn't really help very much and I don't lift very much either.
PLEASE HELP ME!

Well, I'd like to be around 160. But I heard that gaining muscle adds the pounds so I'm kind of confused.

Well, first of, if you're 13, you really should be getting more calories than 1300. Aim for about 1800-2000. You might regret it later if you don't get vital nutrition during this time where your are growing most.
Aim for about half an hour to an hour a day of DDR (Or any other exercise) It's also okay to do this in slots of say...10 minutes if you can't do longer. A good weight to lose is about 1-2 pounds a week. Also, make sure what you do eat isn't junk, eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and if your parents feed you junk food at meals, ask them to prepare some healthier foods.
