Hey all! I'm new ;D and I was wondering I got ddr and I love to play it all the time, and I want to lose weight. So I was wondering what diets you guys follow if any, or if you had any suggestions. I already play for like about and 1 and a half, a day when I'm not working too much, but I'm not good enough to play the hardest mode yet

If you check out the posts in this thread you'll see lots of suggestions, but I think most people would agree that any fad "diet of the day" that holds you to just one kind of food, or makes you give up, like all carbs or something, or is real low calorie, just doesn't last.
People seem to have best luck with cutting out sugared soda, cutting down portion sizes, and if you count calories never do less than about 1200/day. And most of all be patient, losing 1-2 pounds a week over time means you can keep it off better. And stick with your DDR routine, you'll do great.

I'm doing soup diet again this week....starting TOMORROW! soup diet is easy and delicious and works really well for a healthy living kickoff. You can knock off like eight pounds in a week. www.idiet4u.com/diets/sacredheart.htmland no.... it's not really a medical diet. urban legend, k After that it's just watching what I eat the good old fashioned cal counting way (1300 - 1600 cal a day) and a strict exercise program. My program this time around is cardio kickboxing 3 days a week 1 hour each session and doing ITG 30 min a day. Other exercise is optional but I'm gonna shoot for some strength training somewhere in there as well.
