Well, at work I usually prefer to go out to eat (much better than getting something from the fridge and eating it in the office) so I was hoping to help orgainze a list of moderately healthy places to eat out at. Feel free to add to it!
Samurai Sams' Great food, and their motto is "It's Healthier Here". Good start.
Jamba Juice Awsome Green Tea Smoothies
Wendys (if you order the right things, they can be pretty good)
Subway (obvious)
Anymore?

Personally, I really wouldn't recommend any of them, or eating out just about anywhere outside of an all-natural diner. The thing is is that they all claim to be healthy, but if you ask for some sort of health chart or label, they either can't provide one or they're not all that you thought they'd be. Now they're without doubt a step up from BK, McDonalds', and Taco Bell, but nothing beats counting and tracking your health with a good old home-made lunch.

SheScreamedClaudio, you speak wisdom, but it is still nice to be able to go out with friends and be able to choose some place better than Micky Dees, Like around me there's a chinese food place that has selections without any oil (not that it helps anyone else here, though).
I'd also say Subway, but I'm not crazy about the product and it isn't really a sit down kind of place.

You can eat sensibly at nearly any place but the problem is that when you eat out, the temptation is usually far too great. Ordering a meal with no dressings, and no bread can be fine but can seem awful dreary when you are next to your lunch buddies who are mowing down all that you can not have.
If you really want, there are some wonderful fast food/restaurant companion books that you can get at say a borders book store that are small enough to keep in your car. They list choices that are the best from each chain and then they break apart those choices as how they equate to your diet..be that you are carb counting/cal counting/fat counting or looking at other nutrition options.

Well, I know at least Subway and Samurai Sams both have nutrition info readily available (Subway posts it on their napkins, and Sams has a large sign on the wall). And with Jamba Juice, I've checked their site and there dont seem to be any dirty secrets within their ingredients. I agree with out about most places regarding health info, but they're are some execeptions.

Subway isn't as great as everybody thinks it is. Especially since d**n near Everybody falls into the trap of thinking they're going to eat a nice healthy sub and then gets a large bag of chips and a large soda with it. Those cookies all have about 200-220 calories in them as well and most people end up getting about 3 b/c they're 3 for a dollar ( or were... i think it's all gone up in price a lot >_< ). I wouldn't recommend Subway. There are also many pitfalls to get into if you're just getting the sandwich. Keep in mind that the sandwich calorie totals have white or wheat bread, so if you get something else, extra calories. They don't include cheese, or most sauces. They don't even include all of the vegetable choices you can get, and the ones they do include, you can only have Very small amounts of. You get more than 3 black olives per six inch sub,and you're over the fat/calories count. Same for all of the other veggies.
Subway may Seem like the obvious choice, but I worked there for 10 months and I found out firsthand that it really isn't.

If you get stuff at subway make sure
:No mayo, sub Mustard :No specialty subs like the terriaki chicken :No soda get water instead :Wheat bread is always better and fills you up, never ever ever get white.
