Sorry if this is in the wrong spot >_<
Well after about a year of warcraft (and getting $250 for my account ;D) I am going to stop being lazy again! So today I played DDR since I don't feel like walking and don't have access to a gym ( ) but I think I may be pushing myself too hard. The most exercise I got in the past couple of months was mowing my lawn and helping my mother with yard work.
So today I popped in max2 and found out that I had unlocked endless mode the last time I played without knowing it. I decide to do standard endless mode thinking you know i'd do 10-15 songs and call it quits. I start it and actually got a good mix of hard/easy songs so I wouldn't collapse after a bunch of hard songs or something sweet like that. Well at about the 15th song I started to get a bit of a stomach ached and my legs hurt but I figured it would go away and pushed myself further.
At around the 20 song mark I threw up a little bit in my mouth (yeah lol). But at this point I wasn't feeling much if any pain in my legs and my stomach was only hurting a tiny bit. Song 24 was So Deep which is one of my favorite songs on this mix but is annoying on standard because I'm terrible at jumps but I was determined to beat it. I did the first half flawlessly but I could feel my legs getting real weak but I pushed on and finished the song almost full comboing it. After that was a song that I can't even complete normally so I didn't even try it. I took a shower and my legs kept feeling as if they were going to give out from just standing up though they're better now.
Did I push myself too much for the first time or is this fine? I love working out and I love pushing myself but I don't know if I could be injuring myself by pushing too much.
I plan on doing something similar every Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, and then just mowing the lawn like usual on Saturday.
Ah and just for kicks here's a picture of how I did after I finished

TL;DR - I pushed myself to a point where I couldn't feel pain in my legs and I threw up a little
