im thinking of buying one of those sweat belts. will it work nicely with DDR or they just a scam? will the weight lost be kept off or is it just sweat weight. im confused  . |

I wouldn't bother with them. It's mostly about losing water weight. Useful for athletes who have to make a certain weight class, but not for actual, long term weight loss.
