Okay, I've heard a bit about massaging the fat off your body, mainly in that it stimulates the lymph or something and the increased blood to the area you're massaging helps with taking toxins (aka stagnant old fat/cellulite) away.
So, last night, while in bed, I massaged my tummy fat for awhile, probably about 30 min, while trying to get to sleep.
Then this morning, *this is gonna be gross* I pooped majorly, like diareeha, but it wasn't, and I looked at it and it looked kinda greasy-ish, complete with a little mother-of-pearl-esque shine floating on top of the water.
So I'm wondering if it was something I ate (tofu spinach pasta bake!) or if that massage really helped me get rid of some toxins...
By the way, my tummy wasn't upset or anything, and I rarely have stomach problems.
What ya'll think? Have you heard of this?

if this really worked everyone would be doing it, and i dont know anyone who does i mean who wouldnt do this if it worked rubbing yourself vs. exerting yourself the rubbing wins every single time unless the exertion is fun cause rubbing urself is boring

Massage for helping get rid of toxins - Legitimate
Massage for getting rid of fat - Not so much
When you get a massage, yes, your body can and does release toxins. That's why they advise you to drink tons of water after a massage, to help flush them out of your bloodstream. Fat is an entirely different beast. It's not as though fat gets "stuck" in your system, it's put there on purpose (to store overages of consumed energy, like a battery). To get rid of it, it's not a matter of squeezing a sponge and letting it run out of your body. You have to convince your body that you need the energy that's stored there, and that there's plenty of ready food available (so that there's no real need to squirrel away energy).
