Hi! Sorry to all the guys, I'd love your advice, I just don't think you'd really be able to answer this particular question. I'm pretty over weight, and have been for a while (5'4 and 200lbs) I've tried diets and stuff before, but I always have problems with the exercising because of being very top-heavy. I've tried different kinds of things to help, and nothing's worked so far - it just gets really painful when I jump around (and I really love DDR - it's so fun!) I know it is possible to lose weight from playing - my husband had lost over 20 lbs from it. But what I need is advice, on that... feminine area. I've been looking at a product called ENELL, and I wondered if anyone had any advice on whether it's good/bad . It's $65 plus shipping, so it's not an "on a whim" kind of buy. Any suggestions for something alternate for a ddd kind of girl would be appreciated, and advice about the ENELL would be awesome too. If I don't hear back from anyone, I'll go ahead and buy it, and let you gals know if it works out (in case anyone else is suffering from my particular brand of problem!) Thanks! Wolfy

The most sturdy sports bra I've ever tried is the Nike. But it wouldn't be big enough for you. If you can find something in your size that's that sturdy, go for it!

i went through the same thing. i finally found a champion bra for larger chests, which i love. i've never bought an enell, but they have great reviews. if you can find a store that carries them, go try one on and jump around in the dressing room. if it's comfortable, and does the job, $65 is worth it imo.

This sounds silly but even with sports bras at times (or certain times of the month) i can't do DDR - so instead of forgoing it completely ... I actually hold them when I bounce at the double steps - not grab them. I've seen a workout (Cindy Crawford's New Dimension) where the trainer recommended that she hold them when they did jumping squats and such - because she was breast-feeding, and had larger than average chest. So .. it sort of made sense. Note - am not a troll

I bought the Enell bra a few years ago. I love it. It fits differently than other bras, it squishes you in more, much more than a minimizer, (and it doesn't give you a good shape to wear under a sweater) but they do not move! I feel like a regular person with it on, I feel more sporty and it makes me want to move more. No regular bra I've ever tried compares to it for exercise.
I have always been very big breasted even when I was thinner, and I wear a 42 DDD, so there you go.
Also it has held up really well. I have played a lot of DDR at the standard and heavy level with this bra.

Just buy a good sports bra, especially an underwire one.
