Alright.. I'm not looking to gain mass or anything, but there are some supplements that are "fat burners", and like... I dunno.
I really don't like the idea of supplements, but I dislike my size more-so.
Any words? Yea, nay?

My opinion? Nay. Supplements are just too scary when it comes down to it. You're ingesting many 100's of times more of a particular chemical than you could find in normal foods, and the supplements aren't regulated by the FDA. There's no governing body that guarantees that the supplements you buy are pure, are effective, and are safe.
You've made such progress without supplements, why change now?

For the most part thermogenics are bunk. You end up paying like $50 for something that would cost you $10 if you made it on your own. All it is = caffeine, synephrine, and green tea extract. The most weight loss you may notice is like 5 pounds which will end up being mostly water weight, so I say eff thermogenics.

I was taking them before I even started comming here and abrannan was like noooooooo they so bad! and did I listen? no. so where am I at? A nice heavy addiction to them 'cause they are like speed - an upper if you will. Taking those with lots of coffee and red bull - that's like - my life right now.

Well I know you mean supplements for weight loss, but they're really not good for you, and your weight is fine as far as I can tell.
But as long as we're on the subject, supplements for mass IMO are pretty bad, but of course that's because I am becoming more of a powerlifter than a bodybuilder, and being a big guy just comes with working out, instead of cheating yourself.
