Ok i have been seein this product ''AB LOUNGE" alot. Has anyone had any expierience with this thing? Does it work? Worth $100.00?

It will work your abs, yes. Worth $100? No way. It'll be at bargain bin stores within two years for less than $20. A good, standard crunch and ab routine costs nothing and will give you results.

It's not worth it. I know once my Dad got some kind of ab thing and he ended up throwing it out and just doing crunches on the floor

edie: i have seen u before ur at around my weight am 191 pounds and 5'8. . not to be rude but unless ur body fat is under two digits or something it will do u no good. ur current weight well make that ab lounge useless for you. trust me i already bought one of those and it sucks.
btw everyone has abs. u just need to lose the fat to see them. yes everyone has abs.

Im pretty sure it would still work, but thanks for the insight. Not everyone does, what about the stick thin people with NO MUSCLE whatsoever? they may have them, but they're undeveloped.
