Is it possible to have too many veggies in one day? If so, which ones should you avoid having too much of? I was just thinking about this because I made a big salad with romaine lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, green onions, carrots and celery. To go along with it I made my own soup with chicken and garlic broth with baby spinach, carrots, celery, green onion. Just curious, I mean, I know don't totally overdo eating in general with veggies, but you know what I mean.

deep fried veggies are bad. Other than that, there is no such thing as too much. Unless you are turning green or orange. I'd stop then

Some possible digestion problems, but nothing too serious.
