I'm not sure if this has been posted about yet, but here goes...
It's an ever growing concern of mine, this excess skin issue.
I don't know warning signs, how to be able to tell if I have it, what to do about it, etc. I'm scared more so than anything else. I know it's a sign of extreme weight loss and that's something to be proud of, but what am I to do if I get it?
Does anyone know anything about it? I'm pretty durned scurred.

I have it. I've talked about it. It's gross and it's annoying. But at the size you are now manga, don't worry about it. You lost your weight at a young enough age that your skin was able to retain it's elasticity. I'm only in my 20's and I obviously last some of that elasticity. I know that if given enough time it shold fix itself I just have to be patient. My friend experienced similar problems when he lost a lot of weight - and now after about 4 years you could never tell.
But anyways - you would have it now. And if you don't, you're not going to get it. IMO

i've heard a rumor that drinking milk may help with this problem...i would have no idea though because i don't drink milk but i lost weight at a slow enough rate that i don't have any excess skin or stretch marks.
