ok, after 4 months of sporatic exercise, I'm at the weight I was before I had my daughter, but definately not in the same shape, I have no muscle tone left. I'm kinda small built, 5' tall and 130lbs, but I'd like to lose about 15-20lbs. Well, here's to hopin' brandy

well good luck to you. I used to be thin and gained weight when I quit smoking and got a desk job.
I finally started to lose some weight and then I got pregnant with my son. right before i gave birth, i was up to 220 pounds. i then went on weight watchers and did very well for a while, but then i got tired of eating lean cuisines everyday. i just stopped caring and ate whatever i wanted and even threw out my scale. then i had my yearly checkup with my gyno and learned that i was up to 196. that was devastating so i bought my dance pad and here i am. this is my 3rd day with it.

Hi there! I have two teen boys and my oldest is really into DDR so I bought my own pad and I plan to start doing it regularly. My weight has been up and down all my life (mostly up) and I'm now at week 12 of Weight Watchers (again). Just got back from vacation and went up a few pounds and I'm now at 187.5. Anyway, we're in the same boat. Let's do this together!! Becky

I am doing WW too. I made lifetime (again ) 2 weeks ago. ;D I have gone from a size 16 to an 8 by playing DDR and WW. What plan are you all doing points or flex? Good Luck on your weight loss efforts!!! M

I was doing flex points before I quit doing WW. I had reached my 10% and everything and just gave up. Now I'm back on it unofficially...I don't go to meetings and don't write everything down, but am following the basic idea. I'm into my 2nd week of this + ITG and have lost 5 lbs. already. ;D

Great job on the 5 lbs. Just keep doing it and you will be at your goal in no time. l have tried every diet out there and I truely believe WW is the best. You can't help but lose if you stay on program , and combine it with DDR and you have the recipe for success. I follow the points plan to. I love this web site www.aimeesadventures.com for recipes and www.dwlz.com restaurant points.

That's awesome! Would you mind if I asked - how long did it take you to go from size 16 to 8 and that was 30 pounds that took you down so many sizes? I am doing WW too.
