Hi, I am about 5'11 and about 240 pounds. I just recently bought DDR and was wondering how much I should eat a day, and how much I should exercise a day. I am starting to eat healthier foods, though I am not sure how much or how little to eat. Any help is much appreciated.
EDIT: Also I was wondering if I could get some ideas on foods that are healthy, and easy to make. I like things ilke rices, soups, pasta, sandwhiches and such.

Food-wise, stay clear of processed foods (that includes refinced starches) whole-wheat breads and pastas, and brown rice are the way to go here. The added fiber is good for you, and you avoid the blood sugar spikes that the "white foods" can cause.
As for how much to eat, how much are you eating now? What are you eating now? Are you gaining weight, or maintaining? Unfortunately, dieting isn't an exact science, there's no cookie-cutter solution. The more information you can give us, the more we can help you make better choices.
As for DDR-time, as long as you're getting your heart rate up (aim for about 25 beats in a 10 second count), playing for 30-45 minutes/day 6 days a week is a good start. The more active you are, the better off you'll be. Anything can be helpful, walking a little extra at the mall, parking a little further away, doing yardwork, etc. All those little choices add up.

Ok, I am playing DDR for about 45 minutes to an hour a day, getting better too.
As for how much I eat I usually eat something like a bowl of cheerios, or an egg and toast for breakfast, something like a sandwhich or something about that size for lunch and for dinner usually something smaller, I try to stay away from junk food throughout the day, so I don't eat very much unless I am eating a meal.
What kinds of pastas would you suggest, or just any? I think tommarow I am going to go buy some healthier food.
