Yeah, Under 50 Posts is Beginner Mode (1 arrow)
50-99: Light Mode (2 arrows)
100-249: Standard Mode (3 Arrows)
250-499: Heavy Mode (4 Arrows)
500+: Challenge Mode (5 Arrows)
There are other titles, but those are on an awarded basis (i.e. you have to suck up to me a lot)
