I dont know, I just dont like the system as a whole, its big its bulky, its not even nice to look at to be honest. as for the game yes those to facts come into play but also the fact that you cant kill story line characters, the raidant AI is stupid, it keeps jumping infront of my atacks and then atacking me because I atacked them and the game crashes out on three quests I have found so far. it could just be my copy but still, I am not happy with the game or the system.

you have a system that's crashing? ....I think I will decline myself from taking it off your hands then. It is still under factory warently... you should return it. It's the common problem with the 1st release 360's. I'm gonna wait until the quality ones are released.

the system itself is not crashing, just the game, I can still reload to the desktop for the 360, I have to reload the game if I want to keep playing it though. Obvilion is where the problem was, as far as I know its a release wide problem. the system functions normally just the game is messed up. since I dont like the game I dont need or want the system any more.

I actually am not a typical RPG player and I love Oblivion. It's different than any other game I have played. Mine hasn't crashed on me.
