I've been playing DDR fitness mode the last few days. I've been doing 3-4 miles a day on the jog meter.
How many pounds you think I can lose if I continue at 5 miles a day?

If only it were that simple. There are a lot more variables that come into play when it comes to weight loss. For example, if I run 5 miles in half an hour vs "running" 5 miles in 3 hours, my weight loss will be different. Your ordinary activity level is a big factor as well. If you're sitting in front of a computer 8 hours a day vs delivering 5 gallon water bottles all day, it's going to make a difference. If you're eating fast food for 15 meals a week vs eating food you've cooked at home, there'll be a difference. Even your current weight will make a difference.
Here are things that will help your weight loss:
Play more intense songs, even at the expense of time played or "miles" logged. Work more activity into your day, walk more, walk faster, take stairs whenever possible, etc Eat better. Almost any food you make at home will be healthier than food from out.
Even half-assing these "rules" will improve your health and speed your weight loss.
And to answer your question, you can lose as much weight as you want to lose. The key is in how much you want it, and how much you're willing to commit to it.

I am actually just trying to focus on my legs, they have a little fat on them that I would like to burn to get those skinny athletic legs.
Will playing DDR make them bulkier, or make them skinnier?

Well, first off, you cannot spot reduce fat, no matter what the infomercials may say. So just getting rid of fat from your legs is a pipe dream. However, you can tone up the muscle you've got there, which can create the appearance of less fat.

can someone come up with a good diet nutrition plan to go with DDR? It's simple. Eat better foods. More fruits and vegetables, less "white" foods (you know, white rice, potatoes, pasta bread, etc). Keep portions smaller. Stay away from fast food. Stay away from fried food. Cut out sugary drinks (soda, and most "juice" drinks). Drink more water. Cook your own food more. That's honestly all you need to do to lose weight, no gimmicks, no tricks, no pills, no points, no plans. Best of all, it's sustainable. It's not a diet you go "off" of, it just becomes the way you eat.
