Is there a quick options menu in this game? I cant seem to get it. I adjusted the timing in the options in sound to 2x, but it doesnt seem to change. I want to adjust the timing to 1.5x anyone know? thanks.

Thanks for the tip on Extreme, I already knew. There really arent a lot of songs I like on it, I think I'll just stick to playing it at church.

You want the arrows to scroll at 1.5x, yes? It's (very un-intuitively) in the options menu under the challenge steps on the main song select screen. go in there, make your selections, return to song select screen, select difficulty, and Bob's your uncle.

Thanks, I will try it. (do these also affect the Dance master mode? or can you not change those steps?)

You can't change Dance Master mode. The mods are pre-selected and locked (Like mission mode in Extreme 1)

Is there a way to make your own workout list?? I would liek a lot more songs on light, but the only ones on light aren't that difficult, then it goes to standard.

i just do endless for like 3 hours(since i just got it)

I like doing combo challange because you get a lot of points with it.

It's like endless but if you miss 1 note(lose your combo) your done, and It gets your what like 900 or some points per song whare endless only gets you 700.

I would think that you would get more points just playing regularly (event mode?)

I get 1000-1200 points per song usually...

Actually, the best I've found is Mission Mode, B-11 (Genie in a bottle), with the secret step (It's a right arrow 1 beat after the first left arrow of the game). 1000 pts for the secret step + the song's points= roughly 2000 pts per playthrough.


You can do this with any song that has a secret arrow, but I find this one the easiest to hit/remember where it is.

I disagree, for good reason. This game's songs SUCKED. They were too slow, not complicated enough, and they had BRITNEY SPEARS for chrissakes. This game is becoming FAR to westernized. They even have Get Busy by Sean Paul. I miss the fast paced Asian songs they had before. they BARELY HAVE ANY this time around which I find to be a disappointment, seeing that Konami is a Japanese manufacturer of video games. I'd rather play DDR MAX 2 again. At least THAT has better songs.

Sorry if this offended anyone but I REALLY think it sucks out loud.

You DO know that America is a western civilization and culture, and believe it or not, not everyone in America likes J-Pop and songs that have a quiet little asian woman speaking something something we can't understand with *THUMP THUMP THUMP THUMP* in the background?

I like that sometimes, but nothing beats the songs without the vocals (Injection of Love HINA MIX, sync, Seduction)

[glow=red,2,300][/glow] ???In Section C, There is a song that says that when you step on Directional buttons you get a point, but you're not allowed to step on arrows. What are you supposed to do?

You have to miss a lot of steps, and not score higher than a Boo or Miss on any step. score any higher than that and you fail. You have to step a certain number of times (step=point) without hitting a single good step. Its dang hard, and most people end up using a controller to pass that. IIRC, there is another one in section D as well.

I beat it just a little while ago I was so happy I had lost on it something around 25 times I got like 181 points or something.
