Hi all, I'm very new to the DDR scene but found this site and realized it may help me burn off some of that extra weight. I purchased a DDR Extreme bundle off of EBay but the person whom I purchased it from didn't send the DDR manual.
My problem is that I want to do the workout mode and I don't understand how. I enter the setup and put in my weight and preferences, but I can't seem to find WHERE I go to start the workout mode. Can someone give this noob a hand?
Thanks in advance!

Extreme has a different workout mode than prior DDRs in that there is no direct link to songs to play in workout mode. All it does is turn on a workout counter, but then you go into the regular game mode and it will keep track of your calories burned there (calories will display at the song/course grading screen). You can play whatever you like, nonstop mode, Oni mode, regular game mode, and it will keep track of your calories.
The other games, like Max, Max2 and In the Groove, all have a separate song/course selection for their workout modes, and I think that's what you're asking about, yes?

If you want a visual reference, take a look here - there's a video that shows how to start, play, and stop the Extreme US workout mode. The video requires the DivX codec, though, so you'll need to install that first.

Thanks all, I tried the nonstop mode but it only played 4 songs then .... stopped. Is there a mode where I can just go continuously until I want it to stop? Sorry for my ignorance.

Endless mode, unlocked after 200 songs played.

Though Endless mode doesn't count calories (if I recall correctly... it's been a long time since I've used Extreme's workout mode).
