just got ITG for $29.99 at best buy. Its really good and I like genre difference from the ddr series. If only the load times weren't so annoying and the calorie meter wasn't so overly generous. Still the best dance game out though.

I was wondering about ITG... are there different step patterns for each song, like for example on DDR how theres light, standard and heavy for each song, or is there only one step pattern for each song ranking it a 5, 6, 7, etc?
(OT) I wanted to get a PS2 anyways, especially now for this game...

There's the typical levels. Novice, Easy, Medium, Hard, & Expert. Doubles doesn't have Easy, and some songs don't have Expert steps, but all in all, you're looking at about 550 stepcharts in the game. Difficulty ranking (In true "Spinal Tap" style) goes up to 13. 91 and some change on hip hop jam hard  still working on getting past an 80 on zodiac hard i was always more of a standard player on ddr, but i'm digging hard on in the groove and it's making me better at heavy on ddr. |

I'm finding I'm having the same sort fo brain seizures with the 16th notes in ITG that I had with 8ths the first time I saw them in DDR. I hit a few songs on Hard tonight thatI was cruising through until I hit the sycopated 16th section, my dance meter graph looked like a cliff at the end of the song.

Listen to some IDM, like Aphex twin, possibly start messing around with sequencing drums -- it helps you understand syncopate beats easier. Like Bend Your Mind on Expert  I can almost pass vertex on hard now. I went back to MAx and found out I could do Max 300 now!! It's like a breeze now. Let's see... I full comboed Dawn on Expert (with x2.5 mod) and I am happy for that. |

Okay, I'll talk and post ITG people.
For some reason, ITG has decided not to save some of my high scores. My 97% on Tough Enough? Gone. My 85% on July? Gone. Along with probably 5 others... some of my scores are erased. What gives?
Yes, I know how to save. Yes, I did everything the same way I've done with all my other songs.
I hate ITG.
