What's the best way to do it? I was doing Frozen Ray, and it was crossover madness! I almost couldnt do it using my method now. Does anyone have any tips that they can give me to help me learn to do crossovers?

Um... Frozen Ray is more spins than crossovers.
CSFIL(SM) is a good one, as is Exotic Ethnic, HVAM, or Breakdown!.
Edit: In case you didn't know, CSFIL(SM) = Can't Stop Fallin' In love Speed Mix
HVAM = Healing Vision Angelic Mix

Practice the motion without a song, get used to the twisting your torso will have to do. Work on your speed and accuracy. Find songs that have quarter note crossovers, and force yourself to play them as crossovers rather than double steps. Then try a fast song with quarter note crossovers (there's some in Max 300 light). Then work your way up to the faster standard and heavy songs. CSFIL(SM) is a song to add the final polish to your crossovers, not to start learning them, IMO.

That is true... but you could always try it in practice mode!!! Oh wait, that's right. In Extremem you can't slow down the songs  . I hate Extreme. |

I can do crossovers fine, it is spins that get me.
If you have to, go into training mode and turn the song speed down as far as it goes, and practice the moves.

Yah, spins of songs such as Frozen Spin or (if you're actually doing it right,) HVAM can go away.

Okay I got it.
As I played through Max 2 tonight... (and almost died after MaxX,) I noticed a very good song to practice crossovers. Love at first sight! It's a moderate tempo, and have some reg. crossovers and some 'backreach' crossovers I guess you could call them.
Fun, easy song.
