Is June 6th a firm date, or is just another random date that the stores have released to boost preorders? I am soooo ready for this game.

From the In the Groove Website forums: "RedOctane has not announced an official release date for In The Groove on the PlayStation 2 yet. Recently, the game was pushed back to a "June 2005" release window. There is no specific date yet. John Tam of RedOctane will make an announcement when we have a specific day for the release. Until then, anything you may hear from retailers is speculation and is not official." So don't get your hopes up for 6/6/05. |

i preordered in the groove. i hope it comes out soon. i really dig a lot of the beats in this game and i hate driving 45 minutes away to the arcade to play it.

GOOD NEWS!!!
The release date has been set for ITG. It will be in stores June 17, one week from Friday. And there's rumor that they're trying to get pre-orders out sooner than that.

I got an email saying my copy shipped 6/9. The delivery date is listed as 6/15, but I'll be quite surprised if it doesn't show up monday.

Mine may have shipped a little bit earlier than other folk's. While it's an unpaid position, being a moderator can have some advantages.
